BABA organizes more races, clinics, and fun events than any other club in the Mid-Atlantic region.

BABA organizes at least two trips to Hatteras Island each year - May and October. The group also sponsors great parties and evening bonfires during the trip and secures discounts at many of Hatteras' windsurfing shops for members.

BABA's events are family friendly and a great way to meet new and interesting people.

BABA publishes 5 or 6 newsletters for members to read on the web, or receive in the mail (but we prefer you read the online version to save paper, stamps and other resources).

BABA's members are some of the best windsurfers in the area, as well as the friendliest. Many are certified windsurfing instructors who teach for the club, and always welcome newbie questions and offer sailing advise.

BABA's yearly membership is less expensive than most magazine subscriptions at a rate of $20 for an entire year.
