Meet at the Beach - BABA members and friends are encouraged to come out and provide help, inspiration and support to each other and especially to beginners. At least one BABA member (and hopefully more) will be at the specified beach each month. We want to encourage beginner and intermediate windsurfers and help grow the sport of windsurfing. There's always a good crowd at BABA Races, which are also informal "meet at the beach" days. Check the Notice of Race for specific details - if you arrive early enough you can register for lunch if the race committee is putting in the day's order.

MISSION
STATEMENT

BABA is a network of Northern Chesapeake Bay windsurfers.
Our purpose is to promote the sport of windsurfing through seasonal racing, instructional clinics, social events, and group travel to windsurfing destinations. The club is an advocate for windsurfer access to clean, safe, launch sites. Our events focus on an enjoyable social experience while developing further windsurfing skills.
